Rewrite all snapshots EXCEPT ones belonging to one or more tags

Would be very handy. Personally I would love to rewrite all except the ones tagged ‘manual’

Any more logical reasons beyond that you would love it?

I believe my example don’t just apply to me. I can safely assume many restic users automate backups and also manually snapshot certain directories. It’s desirable to rewrite the automatic ones but not the manual ones

Actually I believe all commands that currently allow a --tag flag should also allow an --exclude-tag
