I run restic on my Unraid server to back up my Photography share. the resulting snapshot backup structure is /backup/<stuff here>. I am attempting to move a large amount of data from my old Photography share to a new Photography share on a different drive. restic currently runs in a docker container with the mount point for the old share like this: /mnt/user/PhotographySlow/ → /backup . The new share is mounted like this: /mnt/photography-pool/Photography → /photography.
I ran the restic command /bin/restic restore latest --target /photography/immich --include /backup/Immich -o sftp.args=-oBatchMode=yes which restored to /mnt/photography-pool/Photography/immich/backup/Immich. This is just one of many directories I need to restore, and for some reason, mv on unraid doesn’t mv immediately if it’s in a different folder, so doing the restore to /mnt/photography-pool/Photography/immich rather than a nested backup/Immich folder would be much better. Is it possible to specify that the chosen include go to a specific folder on the target? Rather than using the name from the snapshot?
