Yea. Indeed. I did just replicate my tests. I added these flags:
--cache-dir To go straight to my dual SSDs directly.
--ignore-inode because the documentation mentions this is for FUSE filesystems.
Now ran it on my whole dataset and it took <30mins to run. 
Now I will see how it does over the coming days.
