What can be done for errors like this? Rebuild-index and prune don’t seem to be cutting it…

EDIT: Ran a rebuild-index. Running a fresh snapshot of my Mac and Drobo now. Unfortunately my grandpa’s computer that had been backing up to my repo has bit the dust. Hoping the damage isn’t in his part of the repository. Going to try the advice here after that. I’ll report back. I think I’ll be cloning the repo on pCloud from now on, and running prune on the clone followed by a check before replacing the original repo from now on…
