Restic copy should also show hostname

The restic copy at present only shows the path in the top line during the copy progress.

Adding the hostname too would be great so one knows which snapshot is exactly being copied. Specially when there are multiple hosts snapshots with the same path.

Example
debian:/var/www
ubuntu:/var/www

Output of `restic version` -------------------------- 16.0  What should restic do differently? Which functionality do you think we should add? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The restic copy feature at present only displays the snapshot date & path. Prefixing the hostname to the path would be great.  What are you trying to do? What problem would this solve? --------------------------------------------------------- By prefixing the hostname to the path would help identify which host snapshot is being copied. When there are multiple snapshot from different hosts having the same source path and even more if it was scheduled at the same time.  Did restic help you today?
