If someone needs up-to-date versions of restic and/or rclone for windows 7, then here (GitHub-iav/win7-go-builder: Docker image for building restic and rclone with Windows 7 support) is a set for assembling them in three commands that can be simply copied and pasted.
In addition, there is also a github runner, which collects these binaries on the early pages of github. You can download those already built by going to the runner (Build for Windows 7 · Workflow runs · iav / win7-go-builder · GitHub), and after finding build artifacts there — or clone this repository for yourself, carefully study the scripts — they are small and understandable — and run the build on github from your repository.
