Repository does not exist: unable to open config file: <config/> does not exist

I updated from Restic Version 0.16.5 to 0.17.0 and also to the newest rest server version.
But now I get the error: I then got the error that no users exists yet when starting the docker container with the restic rest server.

I added a new user with the same credentials as the one I always used.
After that I got the error:

“Fatal: repository does not exist: unable to open config file: does not exist”
Even tough I can see the config file.

SOLVED: It was a Windows Docker for Desktop Error which saved the data into WSL instead of the mounted drive.
