How create full system backup

Hi Hi,

I use: Manjaro ARM (kde-plasma) rpi4 v22.08

I am looking for a program that would create a complete backup of my entire system (Everything that is on the SD card) and at the next startup, it would perform the backup but save only the changes to save space on the selected external drive.

(I tried TimeShift but it doesn’t work properly for me and is no longer maintained).

How can I use restic to backup my system? to the directory /run/media/ellie/abc/
