Deja dup wants permissions to start backup

HALLO,
Fedora 43, deja dup gnome, GUI.
Dejadup does not backup, because no permissions to write to USB-stick. I can write to a new folder on that USB-stick. All over WWW questions about that, and wrong answers. How to give dejadup these permissions?
I did use Dejadup for years, it is a good backup app. Except for this need for permissions
Thank you.

Maybe ask on Dejadup forum/github/etc.? This is restic forum…

install Flatseal and give Deja Dup access to “All user files” or specifically the mounted USB path (usually under /run/media/your-username/).

Thank you very much.
Problem solved.
