‘Remote’ loading with rclone

Morning all

I’ve got about 1TB of files stored in a google team drive - I’d like to get them into a restive repository stored in the same location.

Is there any way to do this entirely in the remote, or do I have to down then upload?

You have to download them somehow.
Restic needs to read all the data in order to do its job (dedupe, encrypt, backup). Reading data in a remote location is downloading.
