Multiple sets of S3 credentials / profiles

It looks like setting AWS_PROFILE should do it.

The wrapper approach might be a little cleaner.

Can you assign a name to a repository?

You might like the wrapper approach. My hosts have restic-b2/restic-s3s for their B2/S3 repos.
