I am using an old system. I am trying to use the Backup program in my system but it is not doing anything. I also tried to run it as an administrator nothing happened. Please help my system specs are mentioned below

4 GB RAM
128 GB Hard
Processor CORE DUO
What does “nothing happens” mean exactly?
Does it appear to hang?
Does it return a prompt instantly?
Does it ask for a password?
Do you get more output when increasing verbosity?
What is actually the command you ran?
I have a laptop with similar specs, but running Linux. The initial backup for that system took several minutes before any output happened after the “unlocked successfully” message. Not speaking about the hours it took to actually do the update…
