Bug & Fix for Lock Refresh

I’ve read the Contributing.md, opened an issue on github for discussion, #2390, and posted a PR with a proposed fix, #2391.

Please advise if there’s anything else I need to do to help get this fix into restic. I do understand this is open source (THANK YOU!) and not anybody’s day job, so we can ship from our fork if necessary. I just want to make sure I’m not dropping the ball on what I need to do to help upstream.
